摘　　要：根据CCD性能参数设计方便灵活的驱动电路与之匹配,是CCD应用中的关键技术之一,本文介绍的驱动电路具有结构简单、容易调整和抗干扰能力强的特点。According to the CCD performance parameters convenient and flexible design of the drive circuit to match, is one of the key technologies in CCD applications, the drive circuit described in this article has a simple structure, easy to adjust and the characteristics of strong anti-jamming capability.
