摘  要:目的研究灌浆连接段在轴力及弯矩作用下的传力机制以及剪力键对其机制的影响,了解连接段的内部受力情况.方法借助有限元软件ANSYS对海上风电桩基础与导管架的灌浆连接段进行有限元模拟,利用3D接触单元来模拟钢管与灌浆材料之间的粘结滑移,并选择合适的接触刚度、粘结强度以及允许渗透范围等,建立连接段的数值模型.分别研究了灌浆连接段在轴力与弯矩的作用下,设剪力键与不设剪力键时的受力形式;并进一步对这两种连接方式下的剪应力以及接触面上的压应力和摩擦应力进行对比.结果作用在连接段上的荷载以轴力为主时,接触刚度f的变化范围为0.1~1,以弯矩为主时,f的变化范围为0.01~0.1;不设剪力键时,连接段仅靠接触面上的粘结力和机械咬合力来传递荷载;设剪力键时,连接段的轴向承载能力虽然显著提高,但对弯矩的承载能力却没有显著变化,且剪力键附近应力集中比较明显.结论设置剪力键能有效提高连接段对轴力的传递能力,并不能显著提高对弯矩的传递能力.The paper studies the load transfer mechanism of grouted connection bear axial load and bending moment, and the shear key's influence, understanding the internal strength situation of connection. The con- nection between pile foundation and jacket for offshore wind turbine is simulated with finite element analysis by ANSYS. The numerical mode is established by simulating bond-slip between steel tube and grout using 3D contact dement, with proper contact rigidity, bond strength and allowable penetration range, etc. And the loading modes of connections subjected to axial load and bending moment singly are compared in the condi- tion of using shear key or not. And compare the tresca stress, friction stress and contact stress of interface in the two modes of connection. When the connection, subject to axial load mainly, the range of contact rigidity is 0. 1 - 1, when subject to bending moment, is 0. 01 -0. 1. When without shear keys, the connection transfer load by cohesion and mechanical bite force in the interface. When with shear keys, the axial load-bearing ca- pacity rises notably, but the bendinz moment-beadng capacity change little.-And stress concentration is obvi-ous around the shear keys. Using shear keys will increase the capability of transporting axial load in connec- tion effectively, but not be much use for bending moment.
