摘　　要：[目的]探讨成人Still病的主要临床特点及系统损害情况。[方法]回顾性分析15例AOSD患者的临床表现及相关文献。[结果]AOSD临床表现除发热、皮疹,关节痛外,以呼吸道受累最常见。[结论]呼吸道感染可能是AOSD的诱发因素。[Objective] To probe the main clinical characteristics and system damage situations of adult-onset still＇s disease . [Methods] The chnical characteristics and related hterature on 15 cases of AOSD were analysed retrospectively. [Results] Besides fever, rash, joint paining as the main clinical characteristics of AOSD, it always involves respiratory tract. [Conclusions] Respiratory tract infection may be anincentive of AOSD.
