银杏叶注射液对冠心病患者血清CRP、TNF-α水平的影响及临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效及对患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平的影响，总结其临床意义。方法选取我院2009年5月～2011年5月56例冠心病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各28例，对照组采取抗缺血、调脂、抗血小板等常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏叶注射液治疗，观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为89-3％（25／28），对照组总有效率为71．4％（20／28），两组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组和对照组治疗后血清CRP、TNF-α水平均有下降，观察组治疗后下降程度更为明显（19〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏叶注射液治疗肺心病的临床疗效显著，能有效改善心功能。降低血脂及炎症反应。缓解临床症状，减少并发症发生．具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of coronary heart disease treatment with ginkgo leaf injection and the influence on serum C-reactive protein （CRP）, tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-alpha） levels, and to sum up clinical significance. Methods 56 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, all 28 cases, the control group took the anti-ischemic, lipid lowering, antiplatelet and other conventional treatment, the observation group based on routine treatment combined withginkgo leaf injection treatment, then Compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate was 89.3% （25/28）, control group＇s total effective rate was 71.4% （20/28）, there was a significant difference between the treatment of two groups （P 〈 0.05）, which had a statistical significance. After treatment, the two groups＂ serum CRP, TNF-α levels were decreased, the decrease of observation group was more obviously （P 〈 0.05）, had a statistical significance. Conclusion The addition of conventional treatment on the basis of the clinical efficacy of the ginkgo leaf injection in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease is significant,it can effectively improve heart function, reduce blood lipids and inflammation, relieve symptoms, reduce complications, and have important clinical value of clinical application..
