个体化指导对脊髓损伤患者康复效果的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨个体化指导对脊髓损伤康复效果的应用价值。方法将我院2009年7月～2010年4月收治的60例脊髓损伤患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规康复指导,观察组采用个体化康复指导,比较两组患者的康复积极性和康复效果。结果观察组康复积极性评分较护理前显著提高(P<0.05),且提高程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复效果(包括运动、感觉和日常生活能力)的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化康复指导有助于提高脊髓损伤患者的康复积极性,促进患者功能机体功能康复。Objective To explore the application value of personalized guidance to spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Methods 60 cases of spinal cord injury patients from July 2009 to April 2010 in our hospital, were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was used conventional rehabilitation guidance, the observation group was treated with individualized rehabilitation guidance, the rehabilitation of patients with enthusiasm and the rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups. Results The rehabilitation positive score of observation group before care significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）, the degree increase was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The sensory score, sports scores, activities of daily living score of the observvation group improved significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Personalized guidance helps to improve the rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury, and promote the function of the patients with functional rehabilitation.
