摘　　要：目的探讨泛昔洛韦联合甘露聚糖肽对复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)的疗效。方法将66例RGH患者随机分为甘露聚糖肽联合泛昔洛韦治疗组34例与泛昔洛韦治疗对照组32例,比较两组治疗效果及复发情况。结果治疗组RGH年复发次数明显少于对照组(P<0.01),复发间隔时间明显较对照组延长(P<0.01)。结论甘露聚糖肽联合泛昔洛韦治疗RGH疗效肯定且能降低RGH的复发率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Famciclovir combined with Mannatide for the patients with recurrent genital herpes （RGH）. Methods 66 patients with RGH were randomly divided into the treatment group of Mannatide com bined with Famciclovir （34 cases） and the control group of Famcielovir （32 cases）, the treatment effect and recurrence in two groups were compared. Results The recurrence frequency of the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）, interval time of relapse of the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of Mannatide combined with Famciclovir is effective for the patients with RGH, and it can reduce the recurrence rate of RGH.
