摘　　要：目的探讨脑脊液检查对重症手足口病早期诊断的意义。方法回顾性分析本院PICU收治的79例重症手足病患儿入院后24 h内行腰椎穿刺留取脑脊液检查的检验结果,分析腰椎穿刺脑脊液检查对重症手足口病早期诊断的意义。结果重症手足口病患儿脑脊液压力升高者占48.1%(38/79),蛋白升高者占31.6%(25/79),脑脊液白细胞计数升高者占62.0%(49/79)。结合临床,借助脑脊液异常早期诊断重症患者达82.2%(65/79)。结论脑脊液检查阳性率高,及时进行脑脊液检查可以协助早期诊断重症患者,早期治疗,降低重症手足口病患者的死亡率。Objective To explore the value of cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） in early diagnosis of severe hand-foot-mouth disease disease （HFMD）. Methods A retrospective analysis CSF of 79 cases of severe HFMD children admitted to PICU in our hospital, the value of CSF in early diagnosis of severe HFMD was explored. Results Among severe HFMD children, CSF pressure increased in 38 cases （48.1%）, protein levels increased in 25 cases （31.6%）, CSF white blood cell count in- creased in 49 cases（62.0%）. Combined with clinical, 65 cases of severe HFMD were diagnosed early by CSF abnormalities, which was up to 82.2%. Conclusion The positive rate of CSF examination is high, timely cerebrospinal fluid examination can assist in early diagnosis of patients with severe, early treatment and reduce mortality of severe HFMD.
