摘　　要：目的总结经鼻肠管早期肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床价值。方法将124例患者随机分为两组,每组62例。对照组营养治疗只给全胃肠外营养(TPN),肠内营养组在胃肠外营养基础上适时给予肠内营养(EN)。结果肠内营养组在并发症总体发病率、死亡率、住院时间及医疗费用方面均低于对照组。结论经鼻肠管早期肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎安全性高,疗效好,实用性强。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of early enteral nutrition via nasointestinal tube in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods According to random table, 124 cases were divided into two groups accepting early enteral nutritional support or total parenteral nutritional support respectively. Total parenteral nutrition was only given as nutritional support in the control group （n = 62）. Early enteral nutrition in due time was given on the basis of parenteral nutrition in the enteral nutrition group （n = 62）. Results Total morbidity, mortality, hospital stays and medical expenses were significantly lower in the enteral nutrition group than those in the control group. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition via nasojejunal feeding tube in patients with severe acute pancreatitis is secure, effective and practical.
