自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法选取2008年12月～2011年6月于本院自愿接受自凝刀射频治疗的子宫肌瘤患者36例进行回顾性分析,其中肌瘤40个,瘤体直径1.5～5.0 cm。在B超的监视和引导下将自凝刀经阴道宫颈置入肌瘤进行射频治疗。结果治疗后通过电话和门诊预约复查,对患者进行随访,随访3个月36例,6个月31例,治疗总有效率分别为86.11%和96.77%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.2,P<0.05)。其中直径≤3 cm的肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、宫颈肌瘤有效率达96.77%。结论自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value for self clotting cutter radiofrequency in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Thrity-six cases for self clotting cutter radiofrequency in the treatment of uterine fibroids on a voluntary basis from December 2008 to June 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, there were 40 fibroids, with tumor diameter of 1.5 to 5.0 cm. Take the treatment of uterine fibroids for self clotting cutter radiofrequency under Bmode ultrasound monitor and guidance. Results After treatment, by telephone and outpatient appointment to review the patients for followed up. 36 cases were followed up for 3 months, and 31 cases were followed up for 6 months. The treatment efficiency of the two groups were 86.11% and 96.77% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （X^2=11.2, P 〈 0.05）. Which the diameter ≤ 3 cm fibroids, submucosal fibroids, cervical myoma effective rate was 96.77%. Conclusion The clinical effect of self clotting cutter radiofrequency in the treatment of uterine fibroids is safe and reliable, and is worthy of promotion.
