内镜下金属止血夹治疗急性消化道出血的护理配合

摘　　要：目的总结内镜下金属止血夹治疗急性非静脉曲张性消化道出血的护理配合要点及护理体会。方法96例患者均在术前做好器械准备,术中严密观察病情,做好手术配合,术后加强病情监测,做好健康指导。结果 96例患者止血治疗成功,疗效高,无并发症,平均住院时间为5 h。结论内镜下金属止血夹治疗消化道出血创伤小、止血快,疗效高,术中密切配合是成功止血的关键,加强术后观察和护理,能促进患者康复。Objective To explore the nursing points and nursing experience of acute non-variceal gastrointestinal bleeding treated with metal hemostat under endoscopic. Methods Ninety six patients were selected and given preoperative instrument preparation, postoperative close observation, good operation, strengthening postoperative monitoring and health guid- ance. Results Hemostatic treatments of 96 patients were successful, which had high curative effect. There were no compli- cations. The mean length of hospital stay was 5 h. Conclusion Treatment of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage by metal hemostat under endoscopic has minor trauma, fast hemostasis, high curative effect. Close cooperation during operation is the key to successful hemostasis. That strengthening postoperative observation and care can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
