自制复方黄连液冰敷治疗急性软组织损伤疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄连液清热化瘀治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效。方法:120例符合条件的软组织损伤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组采用正骨水(国药准字Z45021695)治疗,治疗组采用自制复方黄连液冰敷治疗。治疗期间不久行、不参加体育锻炼和体力劳动,每天敷药1次。敷药时间12h,10d为一疗程。结果:治疗前,治疗后3、7、10d复方黄连液治疗组效果明显优于正骨水对照组(P<0.001)。结论:复方黄连液是一种具有清热解毒、消肿止痛功效的外用药,经过临床验证疗效良好。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of the compound the Coptis solution heat circulation treatment of acute soft tissue injury. Method：120 cases of eligible patients with soft tissue injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 60 cases. The control group used the orthopedic Water （Zhunzi Z45021695）, the observation group were made compound Coptis liquid.During treatment line, soon not to participate in physical exercise and physical labor, and treated once a day.Treated 12 hours, ten days as a course.Result：Before treatment, after treatment 3 days, 7 days, 10 days compound Coptis liquid treatment group was better than control group bonesetting water （P〈0.001）. Conclusion：Compound Coptis liquid is a clearing and detoxifying, swelling of the analgesic effieacy for external use, clinieally proven efficacy.
