阴道B超联合尿LH试纸监测排卵在不孕症治疗中的指导价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道B超联合尿LH试纸监测排卵在不孕症治疗中的指导价值。方法:通过阴道B超联合尿LH试纸对60例有不孕症患者进行监测排卵,了解卵泡的生长、尿LH峰、排卵情况,指导临床用药及性生活。结果:60例不孕症患者共监测136个周期,排卵正常27例,占45%;排卵障碍33例,占55%,其中黄素化卵泡不破裂型16例,小卵泡型14例,无排卵型3例。经指导性生活及临床用药治疗,60例中有38例受孕成功,占63.3%。结论:阴道B超联合尿LH试纸监测卵泡发育和排卵准确、直观,对指导临床治疗不孕症,提高受孕率起着重要的作用。Objective： To explore the guidance value of transvaginal ultrasonography and LH urine test paper combined with monitoring ovulation in infertility treatment. Method：60 cases of infertility patients monitoring ovulation by transvaginal uhrasonography and LH urine test paper.Understand the growth of the follicles, determination of urinary LH peak, ovulation, guidance for sexua strip and clinical treatment.Result：60 cases of infertility patients were monitored for 136 menstrual cycles, 27 cases with ovulation, accounting for 45% of the total ; 33 cases with no ovulation, accounting for 55% of the total, Among them, no split luteinizing follicle type had 16 cases, small follicle type had 14 cases, no follicle growth type had 3 cases. Through the guidance for sexua strip and clinical treatment in 60 cases, 38 cases of pregnancy, accounting for 63.3% of the total.Conclusion：The transvaginal ultrasonography and LH urine test paper combined with the sexual life guide and clinical treatment has important effect to improve pregnancy rates.
