环磷酰胺联合激素治疗狼疮性肾炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨环磷酰胺联合激素治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2009年4月~2011年4月采用环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗的78例狼疮性肾炎患者的临床疗效,并以同期单纯采用激素治疗的78例患者为对照组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经研究及比较发现,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,血肌酐、血沉、圆源澡尿蛋白定量均低于对照组,补体C3高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论大剂量环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective To discusis combined hormone therapy by the clinical curative effect of lupus nephritis. Methods Retro-spective analysis the writerJs hospital from April 2009 to April 2011 by the combined treatment with prednisone of 78 patients with lupus nephritis patients for clinical curative effect, and only with hormone therapy for the same period of 78 patients were com- pared between the two groups the treatment effect of the patients. Results The research and comparison, the treatment of the ob- servation group total effective rate higher than those in the control group, creatinine, blood sedimentation, round a source urinary protein are lower than those of the control group quantitative, C3 higher than those in the control group, the group is difference be tween a statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and two groups of adverse reaction rate is not statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion High-dose cyclophosphamide combination treatment with prednisone assured curative effects with lupus nephritis, worth clinical promotion.
