资金流量表视角下的货币政策:国际实践及其在中国的潜在应用

摘　　要：金融危机在全球范围内提升了密切关注资金流转的必要性,资金流量表是这一领域的有力分析工具。随着相关数据的逐步充实,运用资金流量表方法开展中国宏观金融分析具备更大可行性。本文介绍了资金流量表的分析框架及其国际实践,尤其是中央银行的实践,并重点探讨了资金流量表在分析中国金融结构与经济失衡、金融危机的资金流量表特征与宏观审慎管理、社会融资规模与中国金融深化进程、融资结构与货币政策传导等相关货币政策研究领域的潜在运用。Financial crisis definitely enhances the necessity of flow of funds analysis. Flow of funds can play a more important role in China＇s macro-financial analysis with more data released. The paper introduces the framework of flow of funds analysis, and its applications in international policy research field. Compared with its widely application abroad, the flow of funds approaches are underdeveloped in china. This paper sheds some light on flow of funds analysis to financial structure and economic unbalance, social financing scale, macro prudent management, financial development, and monetary policy in China.
