特种增塑剂对硝基苯甲酸异辛酯的合成研究

摘　　要：报道了以有机磷酰化合物作为缩合催化剂 ,合成特种增塑剂对硝基苯甲酸异辛酯。混合 33.4 g对硝基苯甲酸 ,63m L异辛醇及 5m L催化剂 ,搅拌加热 ,回流 6h后 ,冷却。用 1 0 %碳酸钠溶液调为中性 ,分去水相 ,有机相用无水硫酸镁干燥 ,减压回收过量异辛醇 ,得对硝基苯甲酸异辛酯淡黄色液体 ,产量 52 .0 g,纯度 99.2 %。A process for the preparation of 2ethylhexyl pnitrobenzoate, using phosphorylchloride compound as catalyst, was introduced. A mixture of 33.4 g of pnitrobenzoic acid, 63 mL of 2ethylhexanol, and 5 mL of caealyst was refluxed by heating and stirred for 6 h, then allowed to cool. The mixture was washed with 10% Na 2CO 3, and the organic phase was separated and drid with anhydrous magnesium sulfate. After that, the alcohol excess was distilled off underreduced pressure, to obtain 52.0 g of 2ethylhexyl pnitrobenzoate in form of a light yellow visous liqwid.
