摘　　要：目的了解合肥市女性流动青少年的自杀行为状况,探讨其与社会资本和社会网络的关系。方法采用横断面调查方法,对在合肥市1家工厂、6家饭店和6家娱乐场所打工的共451名16～24岁的未婚农村女性青少年进行问卷调查,调查内容包括自杀行为、社会资本和社会网络等。结果调查对象最近1年自杀意念、自杀计划和自杀行为报告率分别为13.5%、4.7%和4.4%,均以娱乐场所服务员最高。社会网络大小≥4、网络密度为1.00是自杀意念的保护因素;社会支持得分≥13是自杀计划和自杀行为的保护因素,OR值分别为0.33和0.27;与生长在核心家庭或三代以上家庭者相比,生活在其他类型家庭者其自杀行为的危险性增加(OR=5.62)。结论未婚女性流动人群中自杀行为报告率较高,需采取针对性的干预措施预防该人群自杀事件的发生。Objective To determine suicide behavior and relationship between suicide and social capital,social networks among females migrant adolescents in Hefei City.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 451 females from 1 factory,6 restaurants and 6 entertainment venues who aged from 16 to 24 years old,moved from rural areas to Hefei City,were unmarried and working in Hefei.Self-compiled items were applied to assess suicide,social capital and social networks.Results The report rates of suicidal ideation,suicidal plan and suicidal attempt were 13.5%,4.7%,4.4%,respectively,with the highest rate among workers in entertainment venues.Size more than 4 or 4 and density equal to 1.00 of social networks were protective factors of suicidal ideation.Social support with scores of more than 13 could reduce the risk of suicidal plan and suicidal attempt,odds ratio（OR） was 0.33 and 0.27 respectively.Participants with remarried or divorced family was a risk factor of suicidal attempt（OR=5.62）.Conclusions Report rates of suicide among female migrant adolescents were at high level,especially among workers in entertainment venues.It is urgent to implement interventions to prevent suicide among this group.
