摘 要:目的探讨姜黄素灌胃对小鼠胃肠运动的影响及其相关机制。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、姜黄素组、阿托品组、姜黄素+阿托品组、L-精氨酸组与姜黄素+L-精氨酸组。墨汁灌胃法检测小鼠小肠推进率。结果姜黄素组小鼠与对照组比较小肠推进率无显著变化(P>0.05),阿托品组和L-精氨酸组小鼠小肠推进率显著下降,而姜黄素+阿托品组和姜黄素+L-精氨酸组小鼠的小肠推进率分别与阿托品组和L-精氨酸组比较有显著提高(F=9.50、21.31,t=3.93、10.51,P<0.01)。结论姜黄素并不影响正常小鼠的胃肠蠕动;姜黄素可明显对抗阿托品和L-精氨酸所致小鼠胃肠蠕动减弱;姜黄素可能通过激动M-胆碱受体和阻止NANC神经的抑制性神经递质NO的作用来促进胃肠蠕动。Objective To study the effect of curcumin on gastrointestinal peristalsis in mice and its correlative mecha- nism. Methods Kunnfing mice were randomized to six groups as: control group, atropine group, cureumin group, curcumin-- atropine group, L-arginine group and curcnmin+ L-arginine group. The motional rate of small intestine was detected using ink lav- age method. Results Compared with the control group, the motility of small intestine of the mice in eurcumin group showed no significant difference (P:〉0.05) ; that in atropine group or in L arginine group was lowered; and that in curcumin+atropin group or curcumin+ L argininc group was stronger than that in atropine group or in L-arginine group, respectivly (F=9.50,21.31;t = 3.93,10.51 ;P〈0.01). Conclusion Cnrcumin does not affect normal gastrointestinal motility of mice, which can significantly antagonize the weakness of gastrointestinal motility induced by atropine and L- arginine. Curcnmin promote the motility of gastroi- ntestine is probably by activating M-receptor and preventing nitric oxide pathway of rejecting neurotransmitter of NANC nerve.
