神经传导检查在电针治疗慢性酒精依赖性周围神经病中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过神经传导检查(NCS),观察电针对慢性酒精依赖性周围神经病的治疗效果。方法:选择慢性酒精依赖病人40例,分为对照组和治疗组,分别给予西药治疗、电针配合西药治疗,治疗前后分别进行NCS,测定正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组临床症状明显改善,MCV、SCV明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:电针可以提高慢性酒精依赖性周围神经病的神经传导速度,疗效确切,安全可靠,NCS可以作为慢性酒精依赖性周围神经病变的检测手段之一。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture on chronic alcohol dependence peripheral nerve disease.Methods：40 chronic alcohol dependence patients were diparted into control group and therapy group.Each patient was treated by medicine treatment and electroacupuncture plus medicine treatment.We carried through NCS on every patient before and after cure,such as the MCV and SCV of medianus nerve,cubital nerve,lateral popliteal nerve and tibialis nerve.Results：Compared with control group,the clinical sympatoms of patients in treatment group were improved significantly.MCV and SCV were enhanced significantly,too.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture can improve the nerve conduction velocity of chronic alcohol dependence peripheral nerve disease.The effects of treatment are definite and safe.NCS can be used as one of detection means in chronic alcohol dependence peripheral nerve disease.
