烧山火手法针刺腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察以传统手法烧山火治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,分别用传统烧山火针刺手法针刺夹脊穴和单独针刺腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者各40例,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度、镇痛效果并对比两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%。与对照组相比较,观察组疗效较好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统烧山火针刺手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。Objective：To observe lumbar disc herniation treated by the traditional technique manipulation of Shaoshanhuo.Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.One group treated by acupuncture paravertebral point with manipulation of Shaoshanhuo,and the other treated by acupuncture paravertebral point only.Assessed the degree of the pain and the analgesic effect by using visual analog scale（VAS） and comparing the two groups’ curative effects.Results：The effective rate of observation group was 95.0%.The control group was 80.0%.The curative effect of observation group was more significant than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Curative effect of lumbar disc more herniation treated by the traditional technique manipulation of Shaoshanhuo is better.
