摘　　要：目的了解苏南小康型乡镇——锦溪地区60岁以上老年人群的健康特征以及主要影响因素,为完善经济发达地区的老年人群的健康促进及保健体系提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法对该地区60岁以上老人9 393名进行全面的健康检查,采用统一的调查表问询一般情况,并进行常规健康检查和实验室检查。结果 9 393名老年人所有检查项目全部正常的有1 311名,仅占13.96%;检查项目中有1项以上异常者有8 082名,占86.04%。高血压检出率为40.82%,高血脂检出率为32.83%,另外还有26.21%的受检者出现血常规结果异常。结论锦溪地区老年人的健康状况较差,老年人高血压、高血脂、高血糖等慢性病检出率仍然较高,需要大力开展相关疾病保健知识的宣教和预防干预,完善老年人的健康保健服务体系。[Objective]To understand the health characteristic and its main influencing factors of the elderly population over 60 years in Jinxi region which is a well-off town in Southern Jiangsu,and provide evidence for improving health promotion and health care system in economically developed areas.[Methods]Cluster sampling method was adopted to enrolled 9 393 elder people over 60 years old from this area for questionnaire survey of general situation,routine health examination and laboratory tests.[Results]Of 9 393 elderly people,1 311（13.96%） were normal for all examination items,8 082（86.04%） were abnormal for at least 1 item.The detection rate of hypertension and hyperlipemia was 40.82% and 32.83% respectively,in addition 26.21% had abnormal results of routine blood test.[Conclusion]The health status of the elderly in Jinxi region is poor,the detection rates of hypertension,hyperlipemia and hyperglycemia,etc are still high.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out educational and preventive interventions of related diseases,and improve their health care service system
