摘  要:目的为儿童血铅中毒事件调查提供准确的检测数据。方法对大批量血铅样品的检测全过程采取严格的质量控制措施。结果对调查范围内375人进行了检测,原子吸收光谱法测血铅校正了18条工作曲线,其相关系数在0.996 3-0.999 7之间;共测定平行样26个,相对偏差在1.6%~4.6%之间;共测定重复样23个,相对偏差在2.1%~3.9%之间;留样复测结果经配对t检验,P>0.05,两组检测结果差异无统计学意义。结论大批量血铅样品的检测过程采取了较为完善的实验室内质量控制,检测结果准确,可以作为儿童血铅中毒判断的重要依据。[Objective]To provide accurate detection data for children 's blood lead poisoning investigation.[Methods]Strict quality control measures were adopted on large quantities of blood lead testing in laboratory.[Results]Totally 375 people within the scope of the investigation were tested.The measurement of blood lead by atomic absorption spectrometric method corrected 18 curves,correlation coefficient ranged from 0.996 3-0.999 7.A total of 26 parallel samples were determined with the relative deviation of 1.6%-4.6%.Totally 23 repeated samples were determined,with the relative deviation of 2.1 %-3.9 %.T test was performed on the retested results(P0.05),the difference between the results was not significant.[Conclusion]Perfect laboratory quality control is adopted for large quantities of blood lead testing in laboratory.The results were accurate and can be the important basis for children's blood lead poisoning judgment
