摘　　要：目的分析2001—2010年解放军某部队传染病流行趋势和主要传染病发病情况,为部队制定措施有效防治传染病提供参考。方法用FoxPro、Excel、SPSS软件对某部传染病报告卡数据库和传染病疫情调查报告进行统计分析。结果 2001—2010年,某部队传染病发病总体呈下降趋势,以细菌性痢疾、甲型病毒性肝炎、其他感染性腹泻、伤寒为主的肠道传染病逐年下降;而以肺结核、水痘、麻疹、流行性腮腺炎为主的呼吸道传染病呈上升趋势。病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、肺结核占10年传染病发病总数的74.87%,仍是传染病防治工作的重点。呼吸道传染病暴发疫情占10年中全部传染病暴发疫情总数的76.67%,并且有逐年增多的趋势。结论近10年来某部队传染病防治取得了较好的效果,今后要特别加强对病毒性肝炎、肺结核、细菌性痢疾、水痘、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹等多发病的防治,采取综合措施防控传染病暴发疫情、特别是呼吸道传染病暴发疫情的发生,并且做好新发传染病的防范工作。[Objective]To analyze the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in a military unit from 2001-2010,and to provide the basis for control and prevention of infectious diseases.[Methods]The data were acquired from a disease control and prevention center of a military command,including the infectious diseases report cards and investigation reports of the infectious diseases.Statistic analysis was conducted by using FoxPro,SPSS and Excel software.[Results] From 2001-2010,the incidence rate of infectious diseases in the military unit showed a declined tendency,and the incidence of enteric infectious diseases,mainly bacillary dysentery,hepatitis A,other infectious diarrhea and typhoid,decreased annually,but that of the respiratory infectious diseases,mainly tuberculosis,chicken pox,mumps and measles,showed an ascending trend.Viral hepatitis,bacillary dysentery and tuberculosis accounted for 74.87% of the 10-year total incidence of infectious diseases,thus they were still the focus of infectious diseases prevention.The epidemic outbreaks of respiratory infectious diseases accounted for 76.67 % of the 10-year total outbreaks of infectious diseases,with annual increasing tendency.[Conclusion]The prevention of infectious diseases in a military unit has achieved positive results.Yet the prevention of viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,bacillary dysentery,chicken pox,mumps and measles should be reinforced in particular.Comprehensive measures should be taken to control and prevent epidemic outbreaks of infectious diseases,especially respiratory infectious diseases,and to avoid new emerging infectious diseases.
