摘  要:设计了用于高温中等质量分数硫酸介质的新型合金铸钢的化学成分 ,用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、透射电镜、电子探针显微分析手段和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了析出相的种类、结构、成分、形貌和分布以及钢的腐蚀行为。新型钢经 1 1 50℃固溶处理后可得到单相奥氏体组织 ,在质量分数为50 % ,温度为 80℃的硫酸介质中具有优良的耐蚀性 ,较好的抗晶间腐蚀、点蚀与电化学腐蚀能力 ,同时具有良好的综合力学性能和铸造性能。The chemical composition of a new alloy cast steel used for middling concentration sulphuric acid medium ( 80 ℃,50%H_2SO_4 ) has been designed. Optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscope, electron probe microanalysis and several kinds of corrosion test methods are applied to investigate the type, microstructure,compositions,appearance,distribution of the precipated phase as well as the corrosion behaviour of the steel.Testing results show that single austenite structure can be obtained after solid solution treatment at 1 150 ℃,and the steel possesses excellent corrosion resistance property in the sulphuric acid medium(50%H_2SO_4 at 80 ℃)and better intergranular corrosion resistance,pitting and electrochemical corrosion resistance.In addition,it also has good comprehensive mechanical properties and casting properties.
