摘  要:根据质量和动量守恒原理 ,考虑下降液膜和气相的相互作用、系统内气液两相流动、物性特征以及填料结构参数对压降的影响 ,提出了填料塔内规整填料的压降模型。经验证 ,该模型与本课题板网填料的实测压降数据吻合较好。由于该模型包括的影响因素比较全面 ,可供预测其它规整填料压降时参考。A mechanistic model is developed to predict pressure drop in packed columns equipped with corrugated packing of the regular type. It is developed after considering the interaction of falling liquid film with the gas phase, based on mass and momentum-conservation equations. The model takes into account the flow and physical property characteristics of the systems as well as geometric variables such as corrugation angle. The model is developed and applied to several sets of pressure drop experimental data. Because of its nature, this model may be easy to extend to different types of structured packings.
