L-左旋肉碱添加水平对种公鸡精液品质的影响及相关性

摘　　要：为研究种公鸡日粮中L-左旋肉碱添加水平对37～52周龄种公鸡精液品质的影响及相关性,将24只种公鸡随机分为6组,分别添加L-左旋肉碱0、125、250、375、500、750mg.kg-1,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复1只公鸡配20只种母鸡。试验结果表明,日粮中添加L-左旋肉碱极显著提高精液量、精子活力、精子密度和有效精子数(P<0.01),但对精液pH无显著影响(P>0.05),种公鸡精液量和精子活力与L-左旋肉碱的添加量呈曲线相关,精液量和精子活力拐点的L-左旋肉碱添加量分别为450和500mg.kg-1。To study the effects and elevance of adding different levels L-carnitine to the diet on semen quality of the cocks, Twenty four cocks were devieded into six groups, fed with L-carnitine 0, 125, 250, 375, 500, 750 mg· kg^-1 in diets. Each treatment of L-earnitine had four replicate groups with 1 breeding rooster and 20 breeding hens of 37 weeks of age, and that were fed for 13 weeks. The result showed that the dietary supplement level of L-cami-tine had significant effects on the sperm quality, the sperm vitality, sperm density, the number of effective sperm（P〈 0.01）, but no significant effects on the pH of semen（P〉0.05）. The semen volume and sperm activity presented curve relevance with the L-carnitine supplement levels of diet, the inflection point of the semen volume and sperm activity was separately 500 and 450 mg· kg^-1, which can be adopted as the tiptop level of dietary L-camitine.
