新形势下江西省高校竞技体育发展策略研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对江西高校竞技体育发展的现状调查并进行分析,结合我国竞技体育从体育大国向体育强国迈进及我国竞技体育十二五规划重要建设时期,提出江西省高校竞技体育要合理制定长远发展目标,完善管理体制,提升管理协调能力,建立教练员培训体系、考核标准及激励机制,加强人才培养的多样化,建立人才培养的梯度制,形成多方面资金保障体系,加强科研投入,进一步完善竞赛体系,使江西省高校成为真正培养高素质竞技体育人才的基地。With the methods of documentary review, questionnaire and interview, the current situation of competitive sports in Jiangxi universities is surveyed and analyzed. According to the situation that the competitive sports of China are developing from big to strong and the competitive sports Twelfth Five-Year Plan is carrying, it is necessary to make the reasonable long-term development goals, improve the management system, enhance the management and coordination ability, establish the training system, assessment standard and incentive mech- anism of coach, strengthen the diversity of talents cultivation, establish the gradient system of personnel train- ing, form the multiple capital guarantee system, strengthen the research investment, further improve the competition system in order to make Jiangxi universities become the real base of high quality talents of competitive sports.
