模板剂在分子筛合成中的作用

摘　　要：以某些表面活性剂为附加试剂即“模板剂”调节凝胶表面张力或以酸碱调变凝胶pH的方法进行了高硅丝光沸石和MCM -4 1介孔分子筛的合成研究。结果显示 ,在分子筛晶化过程中 ,除晶化温度和晶化时间以外 ,作为胶体化学性质的表面张力和pH也是重要的影响因素 ,这表明“模板剂”在分子筛合成过程中除起到“结构导向”作用以外 ,还可调节合成体系中凝胶的胶体化学性质。Highsilica mordenite and MCM-41 molecular sieve were synthesized by adding surfactants(templates)or acid and base to adjust the surface tension or pH of gel.The results show that the surface tension and pH of the gel system are important factors in crystallization.It is also found that the introduction of “template”may adjust the colloidal chemical properties of the synthesis system.
