摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢性压迫性颈脊髓病对患者肺功能的影响。方法 :83例脊髓型颈椎病患者获得平均 17 9个月随访 ,分别对患者术前、术后的脊髓功能评定分值和肺功能检查结果进行统计、分析。结果 :(1)慢性压迫性颈脊髓病患者通气功能障碍程度与其脊髓功能损害程度呈极显著的正性相关 ,P <0 0 0 1。 (2 )术后、术前通气功能 (VC % )有显著性差异 ,P <0 0 0 1;通气功能 (VC % )改善程度与脊髓功能的改善呈正相关 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :慢性压迫性颈脊髓病可以导致肺通气功能的减退 ,脊髓损害程度或恢复程度与通气功能损害程度或恢复程度呈明显正相关。Objective:To study the pulmonary function of patient affected by the chronic compressive cervical myelopathy (cervical spondylosis, developmental stenosis of cervical spinal canal and OPLL).Method:83 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy were followed up for averaging 17 9 months.The pre and post operative scores of spinal cord function and results of pulmonary function test were recorded and analysed.Result:(1)The reduction of ventilation in patients with chronic compressive cervical myelopathy had a significant positive relationship with the severity of spinal cord dysfunction, P <0 001.(2)There was a significant difference between the pre and post operative ventilation(VC%), P <0 001;The improvement of ventilation (VC%) and spinal cord function was positively related, P <0 05.Conclusion:The chronic compressive cervical myelopathy can result in reduction of ventilation. The degree of lesion or recovery of spinal cord was significantly positively related to the impairment of pulmonary function.
