摘  要:目的:探讨电针"百会、涌泉"对老年阿尔茨海默病大鼠额叶神经递质含量的影响。方法:采用Morris水迷宫通过对老年大鼠及青年大鼠逃避潜伏期的比较进行筛选,将筛选出的大鼠归为正常老年组、电针组、模拟组。电针组抓取固定后百会、涌泉施以电针。余下两组给予同样程度抓取,固定,但不施电针。治疗结束后分离额叶进行神经递质检测。结果:电针组额叶神经递质含量较模型组有明显升高,(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论:电针百会、涌泉能明显改善老年AD大鼠的额叶神经递质含量。Objective: To discuss whether electric acupuncture on DU20 and KII will have effect on content in frental lobe of old Alzheimer's rats. Methods: Morris water maze was used to screen old rats through comparing with the escape latency of young rats. The old rats will be divided into the health rats group electric acupuncture group and simulation group. Rats in the elec- tric acupuncture group was treated on DU 20 and KI1 after being fastened, while rats in the other two group were only fastened without any treatment. All the old rats will be separated frontal lobe to test neurotransmitter content. Results: Neurotransmitter content of frontal lobe in the electric group was obviously improved with model group (P 〈 0. 05orP 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion: Electric acupuncture on DU20 and KI1 could significantly improve neurotransmitter content of AD old rats' frontal lobe.
