瓜石汤对初老大鼠卵巢Bcl-2表达影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨瓜石汤延缓初老雌性大鼠卵巢机能衰老的机理。方法:选10～12月龄、阴道细胞学涂片显示动情周期长、动情周期紊乱者作为初老大鼠模型随机分组,灌药4周后处死,取同侧卵巢用于检测Bcl-2。结果:与模型组比较,瓜石汤组Bcl-2的表达均有所增强,其中瓜高组与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓜石汤具有抑制卵巢细胞凋亡的作用,这可能是其延缓卵巢机能衰老的机理之一。Objective： To discuss the mechanism of Gua-shi Decoction to delay the age of the primary senile rat ovary. Meth- ods： 10 - 12 months old SD female rats whose oestrus elongation were set as primary senile female rat model. Primary senile rats were devided randomly. After 4 weeks, weighed and sacrificed the rats. The ovaries were treated to observe expression of Bcl-2. Results： GuaShiTang could increase the expression of Bcl-2, compared with the modal group, the high dose Gua-shi Decoction group have sig- nificant difference （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Gua-shi decoction could restrain ovary apoptosis. The effect may be one of the mecha- nism of Gua-shi Decoction delay the aging of primary senile rat ovary.
