白芷提取物欧前胡素对洗涤血小板功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察白芷提取物欧前胡素对洗涤血小板的影响。方法:分别以ADP和凝血酶诱导血小板聚集,考察欧前胡素对血小板聚集的影响。结果:欧前胡素有极显著降低对ADP和凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集率和聚集曲线斜率的作用(P<0.01)。通过比较凝血酶诱导的聚集曲线,给药组与空白对照组有显著性差异,说明欧前胡素对血小板的第二相聚集反应有抑制作用。结论:欧前胡素有抑制血小板聚集的作用,并对血小板释放和花生四烯酸代谢有影响。Objective： To investigate the effect of imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica on washed platelet aggregation. Methods： The platelet of rat blood was prepared and both ADP-induced and thromhin-induced platelet aggregation tests were used for the investigation. Results： Imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica significantly reduced the platelet aggregation rate and the aver- age slope of the curve＇s rising segment （P 〈0. 01 ）o From the comparison among the thrombin-induced platelet aggregation curves of different groups, it could be concluded that imperatorin had effect on the phase 2 of platelet aggregation. Conclusion： Imperatorin has the action of inhibiting platelet aggregation and has effect on release reaction of platelet and arachidonic acid metabolism in platelet.
