糖尿病流行病学调查中血糖测定的质量控制

摘　　要：目的 :以广东省广宁县随机抽样的 16 6 7名居民糖尿病流行病学调查者的血糖测定为例 ,详细介绍血糖测定全程质控的步骤和重要性。方法 :血糖测定技术人员技术考核及格后 ,通过 MONICA质控图 ,对血糖测定进行质量监控 ,并用方差分析对数据进行评价。结果 :IGT调查者重复调查时 ,两次服糖后 2小时血糖结果的比较 ,无显著性差异 ,P≥ 0 .0 5。个体内相关系数 P=0 .90 0 9。结论 :严格执行血糖测定的全程质控 。Objective:At the base of the blood glucose(BG) of the 1 667 randomized cases of diabetes in country Guangning,Guangdong province,we introduced minutely the steps and importance of quality control(QC) during BG measurement.Methods:After the technician of BG measurement passed the technological exam,they used MONICA QC chart to supervise the quality for measure the BG,and evaluated the data by variance analysis.Results:When IGT investigator repeat IGT and compare the BG results of 2 hours after oral administrate glucose between two times,the difference is not significant, P ≥0 05.The intra person correlation coefficient is 0 900 9 .Conclusions:Strictly according to the QC throughout the BG measurement,we can get the precise and reliable data.\;
