186例糖尿病患者检测血脂和凝血指标的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病患者血脂和凝血指标的变化和临床意义,为糖尿病患者预防和治疗对于心脑血管疾病提供参考。方法选取2009年1月—2011年10月糖尿病患者186例,检测其总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apolipoprotein A1,ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,ApoB)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT),并与186例健康对照组进行对比。结果通过血脂指标的检测,结果发现与对照组相比,糖尿病患者的TC、TG、LDL-C及ApoB明显升高,而HDL-C和ApoA1明显降低。凝血指标检测结果提示与对照组相比,糖尿病患者的PT、FIB、TT及APTT明显降低。以上结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的血脂和凝血指标与对照组有明显的差异,因此加强糖尿病患者的血脂和凝血指标检查不容忽视。Objective To investigate the index in diabetic patients, so as to provide reference clinical significance of blood lipid and coagulation for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 186 diabetic patients from Jan 2009 to Oct 2011 were chosen. The total cholesterol （ TC ） , triglyceride （TG） , high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C ）, apolipoprotein A1 （ ApoA1 ）, apolipoprotein B （ ApoB ）, prothrombin time （ PT）, fibrinogen （ FIB ）, thrombin time （ TY ）, activated partial thromboplastin time（AFl~） of the patients were detected and compared with 186 healtly subjects in control group. Results Compared with the control group, TC, TG, LDL - C and ApoB of diabetic patients were increased ,HDL- C and ApoA1 were significantly decreased. Compared with control group, PT, FIB, T1~ and AFFF in diabetic patients were significantly decreased, all the above results were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are significant differences between diabetic patients and normal subjects in blood lipid and blood clotting index, therefore strengthening the lipid and coagulation parameters inspection is essential in diabetic patients.
