摘　　要：利用 HITACHI生化分析仪血清信息功能中的黄疸血清信息法测定血清总胆红素。方法 :用 HITACHI- 71 70全自动生化分析仪上提供的血清信息功能中黄疸血清信息与总胆红素浓度有显著相关原理测定血清总胆红素。结果 :该法与重氮法对比 r=0 .997,t=1 .2 84,P>0 .0 5;黄疸血清信息测定总胆红素在 550 μmol/L 范围内呈线性 ;平均回收率为 1 0 1 .5% ;精密度测定 ,批内 CV3.2 % ,批间CV3.9% ;当 Hb<30 g/L,Tg<1 0 .9mmol/L时对该法干扰甚微。结论 :该法精密度、准确度良好 ,简便易行 ,试剂价廉 ,有推广价值。Objective Application icteric serum index of serum index function for determinig the serum total bilirubin in HITACHI-7170 Autoanalyzer.Method Using the principle of significant relativity between icteric serum index in HITACHI-7170 Autoanalyzer and serum total bilirubin to detect serum total bilirubin.Results To compare this method with jandrassikgr of method, r =0 997, t =1 284 and P >0 05.Detecting bilirubin under the TBIL<550 μmol/L concentration with Icteric serum index,the average recovery rate was 101 5%,inter-run CV was 3 2% and intra-run CV was 3 9%.There was no interference under the Hb<30 g/L and Tg<10 9 mmol/L.Conclusion The method have good speciality,tobe convenient and cheap.
