摘  要:高导热水冷炉衬在铁合金行业中逐渐被推广使用,但由于生产石墨砖及炭砖的技术差异,使其热导率等性能有所差别。文章对正在使用中的进口炉衬与国产炉衬所用的石墨砖及炭砖进行了热传导计算,并结合生产实测数据进行了耗能比较,结果发现,热导率较大的炉衬在水冷条件下热损小,且无损坏,热导率较小的炉衬则炉壁有侵蚀现象。由此可知,石墨砖或炭砖的热导率性能是影响炉衬寿命的主要因素之一。Recent years, the high heat conduction water-cooling brasque has been making increasing use in ferroalloy field. The thermal conductivity of graphitic carbon brick is different because of technological disparity on producing them. This article had made a heat conduction calculation for the lining brick, which includes pure graphitic and carbon brick to import and domestic in taking service, and made a contrast on energy consumption according to data of actual measurement in process. The result has been found that the heat loss with the larger thermal conductivity lining is less than smaller one, and accompanying without damage. The same time it has been also found that the lining with the smaller thermal conductivity lining had been corroded. So it is known that the important factor of influencing brasque life is their thermal conductivity.
