循证护理在足趾移植手指再造术患者供足护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在足趾移植手指再造术患者供足护理中的应用效果。方法将62例足趾移植手指再造术患者随机分为常规组和循证组，常规组采用常规护理方法，循证组按循证护理程序实施循证护理，比较两组患者术后供足肿胀平均消退时间、并发症发生率以及患者满意度等。结果循证组患者术后供足肿胀平均消退时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度均明显优于常规组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理方法的应用能够显著改善足趾移植手指再造术患者供足护理质量。Objective To explore the application effects of evidence - based nursing in supplied foot nursing of patients with finger reconstitution through toe transplantation. Methods Sixty - two patients with finger reconstitution through toe transplantation were chose and randomly divided into two groups including conventional group （ 30 patients） with conventional nursing measures and evidence - based group （32 patients） with evidence -based nursing; and the average subsided time of swelling foot after surgery, the incidence of complication and satisfaction degree of patients were compared. Results The average subsided time of swelling foot after surgery, the incidence of complica- tion and satisfaction degree of patients in evidence - based group were significantly better than those in conventional group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions The application of evidence - based nursing can effectively improve the nursing quality of patients with finger reconstitution through toe transplantation.
