摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对改善肿瘤术后生存质量的疗效。方法恶性肿瘤患者60人平分为治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组实施一般性的心理护理，治疗组采用积极的护理干预。结果经过评定后显示治疗组的SCL-90评分中的躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等得分明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），表明其生存质量更好。结论护理干预能改善肿瘤术后生存质量，值得推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing intervention on postoperative living quality of patients with tumor. Methods A total of 60 patients with cancer were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group received the general psychological care, treatment group adopted active nursing intervention. Results It showed that after assessment the scores of somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety of treatment groups for SCL - 90 were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and living quality of patients was better. Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve postoperative living quality of patients with tumor, it is worthy of popularization and application.
