摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤病房推广优质护理服务的实施方法与效果，为烧伤患者提供优质护理服务。方法通过改革管理模式和创新服务模式，以推广优质服务，比较推广优质服务前后护理质量的改进情况和护士完成护理工作的时间。结果推广优质护理服务前后住院患者的护理质量和每班护士完成各项护理工作的时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论开展优质护理服务可以规范护士对工作时间的分配管理，有效减少护士进行非护理工作时间的浪费，用更多时间陪伴患者，提高患者的满意度及护理工作质量。Objective To explore the implementation methods and effects of promoting the high quality nursing service in bum ward, provide the high quality nursing service for burn patients. Methods Management mode was reformed and service mode was innovated so as to promote the high quality nursing service. Improvement of nursing quality and the spending time of nurse finishing care work were compared between before and after promoting the high quality nursing service. Results There were significant differences in nursing quality and the spending time of nurse finishing care work before and after promoting the high quality nursing service （ P 〈 O. O1 ） . Conclusions Carrying out high quality nursing service can regulate the nurse managing the distribution of working hours, effectively reduce the nurses in non - nursing work waste of time, spend more time with patients, improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
