摘 要:铝合金模锻件多为受力结构件,对力学性能要求高,其低倍组织的流线对锻件的力学性能影响显著。对模锻件的流线控制是生产中的难点之一。通过对模锻件流线影响的各因素的研究分析,正确的设计锻模、锻件生产工艺方案,从而获得最佳的模锻件低倍流线。Aluminum alloy forgings are usually used as heavy load-bearing parts, so the mechanical properties of the forgings are requested to be high. The flow line of macrostructure affects the mechanical property of forgings tremendously. To control the flow line of forgings is one of the difficulty techniques during forging production. The parameters effecting on flow line of forgings have been investigated. The model design and production technology for producing forgings have been selected and settled. Therefore the forgings with optimized macrostructure flow line have been obtained.
