摘 要:目的探讨高渗盐水(HS)对大鼠脑缺血致脑水肿及脑损伤标志物的影响。方法线栓法制作大鼠永久性右侧大脑中动脉闭塞脑缺缸模型,随机分为3%HS组、10%HS组、生理盐水(NS)组,每组18只。于缺血6h起,三组大鼠分别静注3%HS、10%HS或NS,均为0.3mL/h,持续24h。干预结束后测定缺血侧大脑含水量(BWC),干预前、后测定血神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S-100蛋白(S-100)、血生化及血浆晶体渗透压等。结果与NS组比较,干预后3%HS组、10%HS组BWC、NSE、S-100明显下降(P均〈0.05),血钠、氯浓度和血浆晶体渗透压明显升高(P均〈0.05);3%HS组与10%HS组BWC、血生化、血浆晶体渗透压、NSE及S-100比较差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。结论3%HS和10%HS均可有效减轻脑缺血大鼠脑水肿,减轻脑损伤。Objective To explore the influence of hypertonic saline (HS) on ischemic cerebral edema and brain damage markers in rats. Methods Adult male Sprague - Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 3% HS group, 10% HS group, normal saline (NS) group, 18 rats in each group. The rats were subjected to permanent right - sided middle cerebral artery occlusion. 6 hours later, the rats were treated with a continuous intravenous infusion of 3% HS, 10% HS and NS for 24 hours according to 0.3 mL/h uniform respectively. Blood neuron - specific enolase (NSE) , S - 100 protein ( S - 100), biochemistry and crystal osmotic pressure were tested before and after the treatment. Brain water content (BWC) was analyzed in the ischemic hemisphere of SD rats after treatment. Results BWC, NSE and S - 100 of the rats in 3% HS group and 10% HS group decreased significantly compared with the NS group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Concentration of serum sodium, serum chloride and plasma crystal osmotic pressure of the rats in the 3% HS group and the t0% HS group increased significantly compared with the NS group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no significant difference in BWC, concentration of serum sodium, concentration of serum chloride, plasma crystal osmotic pressure, NSE and S - 100 between the 3%HS group and the 10%HS group (P〉0.05). Conclusion 3%HS and 10%HS are both effective in alleviating cerebral edema and brain damage caused by cerebral ischemia in rats.
