一体化急救护理及其途中转运载体移动ICU的研制

摘　　要：目的通过对危重患者进行一体化急救护理模式的分析研究，提出研制性价比高、实现国产化的途中转运载体移动重症监护病房（ICU）。方法分析一体化急救护理模式分别在院前急救、医院急诊科救治、ICU救治三部分组成的急救医疗体系中的救治措施，研制了与该模式相适应的集成有急救设备的途中转运载体移动ICU。结果采用一体化急救护理模式，提高了各环节人员的急救能力，明显提高了抢救成功率，途中转运载体移动ICU可为危重患者创建一体化救治链提供有效保障。结论实际使用证明，一体化护理模式在患者的院前、院内抢救中具有较强的适用性和可操作性；移动ICU能够极大程度地提高相关医疗机构的应急处置能力、快速反应能力和独立连续保障能力。Objective To analyze integrated emergency nursing pattern for critical patient in order to develop a enroute transport carrier floating ICU, which possessed highly cost - effective, also achieved the localization. Methods To analyze integrated emergency nursing pattern ＇ cure step in emergency medical services including pre -hospital care, in - hospital emergency treatment, ICU, and to develop a integrated first aid equipment- enroute transport carrier floating ICU,which closely match this pattern. Results Integrated emergency nursing pattern can improve the level of rescue personnel, greatly improve success rate of rescue. Enroute transport carrier floating ICU can provide effective ensure to establish integrated cure link for critical patients. Conclusion Actual use show： practicality and operability of integrated emergency nursing pattern in pre -hospital care and in - hospital care are validated, as well as floating ICU can greatly improve medical institutions＇ emergency treatment ability, first reaction ability and independent continuous security.
