摘　　要：讨论网络环境下规范控制的重要性,分析国内中文名称规范应用方面与国外的差距。以中文人名规范数据为例,通过与中国机读格式的对照,形成基础语义描述词汇集,分析关联集成的思路。最后,展望其应用前景,建议对中国古代著者规范进行示范建设。This paper discusses the importance of authority control in Web environment, takes the gap between China and foreign countries for name authority applications. Then, it takes Chinese name authority data for example, proposes basic semantic description vocabularies by mapping with Chinese MARC format, and analyses the ideas of linked integration. Finally, it recommends Chinese ancient authors for constructing demonstration.
