摘　　要：介绍虚拟社区用户信息行为的内涵及特征,从数据收集、数据挖掘分析和结果展现三方面构建出虚拟社区用户信息行为研究方法的三维框架,着重介绍虚拟社区用户信息行为研究的专用工具,包括数据收集维度中的改良爬虫技术、数据挖掘分析维度中的社会网络分析工具等,并对各方法所需的软件工具进行介绍。This paper describes the content and features of the virtual community users＇ behavior, and constructs a three-dimensional framework from the aspects of data collection methods, data mining ＆ analysis methods and the results showing methods. The paper fo- cuses on the study of special tools, such as the improved crawler for collecting data and the social network analysis for analyzing data and showing results, and introduces some relevant softwares.
