摘  要:试验研究4种不同的母种培养基(PDA、PSA、PDA+木屑和PDA+K++Mg2+)和4种不同的原种、栽培种培养基(棉籽壳、棉籽壳+麦麸、木屑和木屑+麦麸)对野生灵芝菌种质量的影响,结果显示:在4种母种培养基上,菌丝的生长速度差异极显著,菌丝的粗度、疏密程度和生长势具有不同程度的差异,但菌丝的颜色均为白色,其中最佳母种培养基为PDA+木屑;在4种原种和栽培种培养基上,菌丝的生长速度差异极显著,菌丝的粗度、疏密程度和生长势具有不同程度的差异,但菌丝的颜色也均为白色。根据菌丝的生长速度、粗度、疏密程度、颜色和生长势,原种和栽培种最佳培养基均为:棉籽壳。The experimental study of 4 different mother culture medium (PDA, PSA, PDA and sawdust, PDA+K++Mg2+) and 4 different orig- inal species, cultivated species (cottonseed shell, cottonseed shell and wheat bran, sawdust, sawdust wheat bran ) culture medium on effect of strains quality, the results showed: in the 4 kind of mother culture medium, mycelium growth rate difference is very significant, mycelium roughness, density and growth potential are different the difference of degree, but the colors are white; in the 4 kind of the original species, cul- tivated species culture medium, mycelium growth rate difference is very significant, myeelium roughness, density and growth potential are differ- ent the difference of degree, but the colors are white. According to the myeelium growth velocity, roughness, density, color and growth potential, the most suitable for the mother, the original species and cultivars grown in the medium were PDA, and cotton shell cottonseed shell.
