摘 要:目的:建立龙胆药材及龙胆总苷提取物的指纹图谱,为有效控制药材及提取物质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用磷酸-乙腈系统梯度洗脱,建立龙胆药材及提取物的指纹图谱。结果:建立了21批不同产地龙胆药材指纹图谱的共有模式,确立19个共有峰,通过比对证明提取物与药材的共有峰具有同源性。10批龙胆总苷提取物指纹图谱相似度>0.98。结论:龙胆药材与总苷提取物指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,具有较好的同源性,可用于二者的质量控制。Objective: To establish a method of chromatography fingerprint for detecting Radix gentianae and the total glucosides extracted from Radix gentianae. Methods: RP-HPLC with gradient elution was employed to establish chemical fingerprint. The investigated constituents were authenticated by comparing their retention times with those of reference compounds. Results: Nine common peaks were found in HPLC-fingerprint of Radix genti- anae and the extracts. The fingerprints of 10 batches of extract were highly similar with similarity degree higher than 0.98. Conclusion: The proposed approach with good specificity can be utilized as a comprehensive quality control method for Radix gentianae and its extracts
