应用踝前皮瓣修复足部软组织皮肤缺损的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:应用踝前皮瓣修复足部软组织皮肤缺损的临床体会。方法:回顾性分析2008年6月～2011年12月收治且获得随访的18例足部皮肤缺损伴骨、肌腱外露的患者,男12例,女6例;平均年龄34.5岁(23～58岁),碾压伤11例,切割伤5例,皮肤冻伤破溃2例,应用踝前皮瓣修复足部软组织皮肤软组织缺损伴骨、肌腱外露,供区给予植皮覆盖,术后密切观察皮瓣血运,肤色,肿胀及感觉状况。结果:术后皮瓣全部成活,随访6～24个月,平均12个月,皮瓣质地柔软色泽好,耐磨,无臃肿,感觉良好。结论:应用踝前皮瓣修复足部软组织皮肤缺损伴骨、肌腱外露,皮瓣具有血管解剖位置恒定,创伤小,质地柔软色泽好,不臃肿,不影响穿鞋,感觉良好,治疗效果满意。Objective：To application of anterior ankle flap for the repair of dorsal foot soft tissue skin defects in the clinical experience.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 2008 June to 2011 December were obtained and follow-up of 18 patients of dorsal foot skin defect with bone and tendon exposed.Male 12 examples,female 6 examples;The average age 34.5 years old（23～58 years old）,grind crush 11 examples,cuts injures 5 examples,skin frostbite ulceration 2 examples,application of anterior ankle flap to repair the dorsal foot soft tissue skin defect with bone and tendon exposed.Skin graft coverage for the area gives.Postoperative close observation of the blood circulation,skin color,swelling and recovery of feeling status.Results：All the skin flaps survived,followed up for 6～124 months,the average 12 months,flap soft texture,good color,wear resistance,no fat,feeling well.Conclusion：Application of the anterior ankle flap to repair the dorsal foot small area soft tissue skin defect of exposed bone and tendon,is anatomic location constant,small trauma,soft texture,good color,feel and function of normal,good treatment effect.
