摘　　要：［目的］探讨本地区新生儿脐血ＩｇＥ水平及其影响因素，为高危儿的医疗保健提供依据。［方法］使用瑞典法玛西亚公司 ＵｎｉＣＡＰ１００型测定仪，以荧光酶免疫的方法测定脐血 ＩｇＥ的含量。［结果］①新生儿脐血ＩｇＥ的Ｐ９５男性为１．８６ｋＵＡ／Ｌ（干国际单位／升，已被ＷＨＯ认可），女性为１．０９ｋＵＡ／Ｌ，性别间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。②有家族过敏史组新生儿脐血 ＩｇＥ水平较正常组明显升高，统计学上有显著性差异。③胎龄和体重因素对脐血ＩｇＥ的水平影响尚不明显。④剖宫产可能会影响新生儿脐血ＩｇＥ的水平，女性较男性所受的影响更明显。［结论］脐血ＩｇＥ水平的检测能早期检查出高危儿，对儿童的医疗保健有重要的意义。Objective] To explore the IgE level of cord blood and influence factors in local area for giving evidence of medical care of high risk infants. [Methods] The IgE level of cord blood was measured with fluoroscopic enzyme-immune method using UniCap-100 equipment of Sweden Pharmacia company. [Results] The ninety five percentile of IgE level of cord blood in male cases was 1. 86 kUA/L,and in female cases was 1. 09 kUA/L. There was obvious difference between sexity(P < 0. 01 ). The IgE level of cord blood in group with family history of hypersensitivity was statistically higher than that in normal group. There was obvious difference in statistics. The influence of gestational age and body weight on IgE level of cord blood was not obvious. Ceserean section delivery may affect the IgE level of cord blood, especially in female cases. [Conclusion] The ditermination of cord blood IgE level is helpful for the early find out of high risk infants,which has important significance for medical care of children.
