摘  要:为了有效利用云南某地煤系硫铁矿,采取选煤与选硫铁矿的综合回收方案。在矿石化学多元素分析以及硫形态分析的基础上,进行了螺旋溜槽—摇床重选试验、浮选试验。试验最终采用浮选闭路试验流程,先浮选煤,单独浮选出中矿(该产品并入尾矿),再浮选硫铁矿,最后得到了产率5.38%,碳品位40.32%,含硫7.05%,碳回收率33.76%的煤精矿;产率24.00%,硫品位47.59%,含碳9.64%,硫回收率72.74%的硫精矿,实现了煤和硫铁矿综合回收的目的。Comprehensive recovery scheme of coal-separation and pyrite separation is taken for efficiently utilizing the coal-deived pyrite in Yunnan. Based on the analysis of ores' chemical multi-element and sulfur forms, spiral sluice-shaking table gravi- ty separation and flotation were carried out. Finally, in the test by closed-circuit fIotation flowsheet, float coal first and float out middlings(the product combined with tailings), then float pyrite, which could obtain coal concentrate with a coal grade of 40.32%, sulfur content of 7.05% and coal recovery of 33. 76%; sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 47.59%, coal content of 9. 64% and sulfur recovery of 72.74% and achieve the aim of comprehensive recycle of coal and pyrite.
