摘  要:本文研究了用多金属锑矿湿法生产锑白的矿渣制备三盐基硫酸铅的工艺。工艺过程为:饱和氯化钠溶液浸出—冷却结晶—硫酸沉淀转化—氢氧化钠溶液中和等,产品技术指标达到HG2340-2005一级品的要求。该工艺可实现铅资源的综合利用,节约能源,减少环境污染,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。in this paper, the preparation of tribasie lead sulfate from leaching residue of antimony white with hydrometallurgical process from Pb-Sb-Ag sulfide ore was studied. The process involves saturated NaCl solution leaching, crystallization of PbCl2 from the cooled solution, and conversion from PbClz to PbSO4 by adding sulfuric acid, then synthesis of 3PbO PbSO4 ~ Hz O from PbSO4 by neutralized sodium hydroxide solution. The test products have met the specification of HG2340-2005 in terms of its first class tribasc lead sulfate. The process can realize comprehensive utilization of lead resource, and can save energy, reduce the pollution to the environment, and has a certain economic benefits and social benefits.
