摘　　要：以CdTe/CdS量子点为荧光探针,荧光猝灭为理论基础,设计出一种快速、超灵敏且高选择性的检测片剂与注射剂中VB_1含量的方法。结果表明,VB_1在2.0×10^(-7)—5.0×10^(-5)mg/mL的范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9994,检出限(S/N=3)为0.12ng/mL。将3×10^(-5)mg/mL的VB_1标准溶液平行测定7次,RSD为0.64%,加标回收实验结果满意。A method for rapid,ultrasensitive and high selective detection of the contents of Vitamin Bl（VB1）in tablets and injection was designed with CdTe/CdS quantum dots（QDs） as fluorescence probes and fluorescence quenching as theoretical basis.There was a good linear relationship for VB1 in the range of 2.0×10^-7-5.0×10^-5mg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9994,and the detection limit（S/N=3） of 0.12ng/mL,and the relative standard deviation was 0.64%for 3.0×10^-5mg/mL VB1 standard solution for parallel determination of 7,and the standard recovery results were satisfied.
